With over 20 years in Manufacturing, Jim has focused his career in helping companies improve their efficiencies in current capabilities and develop new capabilities into strategic core competencies. Many times this included building custom workcells to achieve the competitive advantage desired. These companies include Motorola, Continental, Robert Bosch, and Otis Technology.
In 2004 Jim began his tenure at Motorola near Buffalo, NY as a Senior Equipment Engineer. His notable contributions include being responsible for a $7.5 Million automated manufacturing line expansion and numerous equipment upgrades on legacy equipment. After the facility closure in 2009 Jim transitioned to Otis Technology as a Process Engineering Manager. He was quickly promoted to Director of Engineering and then Vice President of Research and Development.
Jim earned a BS in Manufacturing Engineering and a MS in Manufacturing Systems Integration at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY,
