How we’re different
Most of our clients take advantage of our Technical Mentorship Program. For a low monthly fee we help setup technical milestones and track progress for your team in the cloud-based data management system Basecamp. With monthly calls and weekly updates we don’t waste time with excessive unproductive meetings. Team members update tasks in real time to identify obstacles early. For only $250 per month we build a relationship with you and your team members to identify growth opportunities. This can include a large array of Continuous Improvement activities including Kaizens, Automation, or Process Improvement.
